If you want to make a change in your life – whether it be your diet, your fitness, or your attitude, your attention should be focused on setting goals that will direct your actions toward a positive change. In order to succeed, you must have a plan and the passion to get there. Intent is a state of mind with an aim or a purpose. If you intend to change, decide what you want and live your life accordingly. It is about progress, not perfection. Success depends on COURAGE and hard work.
